We did not simply learn to prepare bitter leaf herbal infusions; we grew up with a tradition shaped by care, memory, and family culture.

At our grandmother’s side, we watched her work with calm intention, each step reflecting the values and practices passed down through generations. She moved with patience, teaching us that tradition is preserved in the details. In those moments, we were not just observing, we were being entrusted with something meaningful.

Respite Tea herbal infusion is our way of honouring that heritage. Each blend reflects the warmth of her kitchen, the rhythm of her hands, and the stories she shared without words. To us, it is more than tea. It is a legacy carried forward, enjoyed, and shared.

Everyone needs a respite.
